1. This machine adopts continuous sand blasting method, so that the products can achieve consistent surface sand blasting.

2. Ductile iron belt pulley and C-belt are used for conveying, and there are supporting cots below the conveyor belt. The conveying motor adopts Suzhou Dongben brand three-phase gear reduction motor, with the motor power of 0.4kw. The motor is controlled by frequency converter, and the speed of the conveyor belt can be stepless regulated by frequency converter within the range of 0-20m\min. The actual conveying speed of belt during sandblasting is determined by the requirements of sandblasting process of products.

3. The spray gun swings with a connecting rod swinging mechanism, and the spray gun swings at an angle. The swinging distance and position of the spray gun can be adjusted according to the sand blasting effect.

4. There is an independent power distribution cabinet with good sealing performance, and sealing strips are attached around the cabinet door.

5. The sandblasting machine is made of Baosteel's 3mm pickling plate and baked with powder, with access doors on both sides and a glass observation window at the back door, which is lined with ordinary glass for easy replacement.
