What are the application scenarios of special sandblasting machine in the field of mobile communication?

Full application scenario of mobile phone & communication 3C special sandblasting machine

It is divided into four parts: mobile phone terminal parts, radio frequency communication components, stainless steel precision structural parts and semi-finished products repair, covering four processes: CNC post-treatment, anode pre-treatment, matte appearance and deburring.

First, the aluminum alloy parts of the whole mobile phone (the largest amount)

1. Mobile phone metal middle frame (6061/7075 aluminum alloy)

After CNC machining, remove knife lines, knife marks and knife-receiving steps;

Before anodizing, the surface is roughened and activated to ensure adhesion and matte matte effect;

Remove stamping burr and wire drawing lines to unify the appearance of sand surface.

Technology: low-pressure ceramic sand/glass beads precision sandblasting.

2. Mobile phone back cover, battery case and camera decorative ring

Aluminum alloy back cover: matte surface, uniform matte finish, eliminating mold closing line;

Lens aluminum ring: fine deburring to prevent the lens from being scratched during assembly.

3. Internal aluminum radiator, vapor chamber and shield.

Remove stamping burr and oxide layer, and improve adhesion of thermal conductive adhesive bonding.

Second, the mobile phone stainless steel precision small pieces (SUS304/316)

SIM card holder, card slot bracket, volume button, power button

Glass beads are matte sandblasted to remove microscopic burrs, improve fingerprint resistance and prevent iron ion pollution and rust;

Stainless steel shrapnel, connector shell

Remove heat-treated scale and micro-burr, and activate the substrate before electroplating.

3. RF/base station/communication module (5G, Internet of Things, router)

1. Aluminum alloy RF cavity and filter housing

Removing burr, release agent and scale after die casting/machining;

Roughening before electroplating and nickel plating to improve the adhesion of the coating; Fixed-point sandblasting in the dead corner of the cavity.

2.5G base station small heat dissipation aluminum shell and antenna aluminum base.

Eliminate peeling and burr in die casting, and perform coating/thermal grease pretreatment.

3. Metal male and female connectors and communication terminal housings

Precision deburring to prevent short circuit.

Fourth, precision plastic+composite material (partially composite middle frame)

Aluminum-plastic composite middle frame: low-pressure micro-sandblasting, only dealing with metal parts, not hurting plastic substrate;

Glass fiber plastic bracket: surface activation, improve oil injection adhesion.

Five, semi-finished products bad repair scene (production line)

Bad anode and scratched workpiece: local rework and sandblasting to rebuild the base surface;

Electroplating defective parts: sandblasting rework after deplating;

Incoming materials bump, scratch repair and batch rework.

VI. Summary of subdivided process uses

Appearance technology: matte matte, matte and uniform texture (the main part of mobile phone appearance)

Pretreatment process: anode, oil injection, electroplating, coarsening and activation of substrate before gluing.

Removal process: CNC knife pattern, burr, scale, mold closing line, oil stain layer.
