There are three factors causing uneven sand density of Kunshan automatic sand blasting machine

1. The air pressure of sandblasting machine is unstable during operation. When the air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, the air pressure is difficult to be stable. When the air pressure is high, the sand is inhaled and ejected more, and when the air pressure is low, the sand suction and ejection are less. When the amount of sand ejected is large, the sand surface will be dense, but when the amount of sand ejected is small, the sand surface will be sparse;

2. The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the workpiece is too large. When the muzzle of the spray gun is close to the surface of the workpiece, the spraying scale is small, but it is concentrated and dense. When the muzzle of the spray gun is far away from the surface of the workpiece, although the amount of sand ejected is still so much, the area sprayed is enlarged, and then it appears rare;

3. When sandblasting machine equipment is sandblasting, the speed of spray gun is unstable. When the moving speed of the automatic sand blasting machine is slow and the walking speed is fast, the sand ejected by the two is the same in unit time, but the sand dispersion area of the former is smaller, and the latter is larger. Because the same amount of sand is scattered on the surface of different areas, the phenomenon of dense and divergent is inevitable.
