The reason of different density of sand surface ejected by Kunshan sandblasting machine

There are three main reasons for the inconsistency of sand surface density of Kunshan sandblasting machine.

1) The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the workpiece is too large. When the muzzle of the spray gun is close to the surface of the workpiece, the spraying range is small, but it is relatively concentrated and dense. When the muzzle of the spray gun is far away from the surface of the workpiece, although the amount of sand ejected is still so much, the area sprayed is enlarged, which will appear sparse.

(2) When the sand blasting equipment is sandblasting, the speed of the spray gun is unstable. When the moving speed of the spray gun is slow and the walking speed is fast, the sand ejected by the two is the same in unit time, but the distribution area of sand is smaller in the former and larger in the later. Because the same amount of sand is distributed on different surface areas, the phenomenon of different density will inevitably appear.

(3) The air pressure of sandblasting machine is unstable during operation. When an air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, the air pressure is difficult to be stable. When the air pressure is high, more sand will be inhaled and ejected, while when the air pressure is low, it will be the opposite. When the amount of sand ejected is large, the sand surface will be dense, and when the amount of sand ejected is small, the sand surface will be sparse.
