1. Weekly maintenance

(1) Cut off the air supply. Stop the machine for inspection. Remove the nozzle. If the nozzle diameter is enlarged by 1.6 mm, or the nozzle lining has cracks, replace it. If a water separator is installed in front of the sandblasting machine, check the filter element and clean the water cup.

(2) Check when starting up. Check the time required for exhaust when the sandblasting machine is stopped. If the exhaust time is obviously prolonged, there is too much abrasive and dust accumulated in the filter or muffler, clean it.

2. Cut off the air source for monthly maintenance and shut down the sandblasting machine. Check the closing valve and replace it if there are cracks or grooves. Check the sealing ring of the closed valve. If the seal ring is worn, aged or cracked, replace it. Check the filter or muffler and clean or replace it if it is worn or blocked.

3. Regular maintenance of pneumatic remote control system is the safety device of sandblasting machine. In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of sandblasting operation, the parts in inlet valve, exhaust valve and exhaust filter shall be inspected regularly, and the wear and lubrication of O-ring, piston, spring, gasket and casting parts shall be checked. The handle on the controller is the trigger of the remote control system. Regularly clean the abrasive and impurities around the handle, spring and safety bumper on the controller to prevent the controller from malfunction.

4. Lubricate once a week, inject 1-2 drops of lubricating oil into the piston and O-ring in the inlet valve and exhaust valve.

5. Maintenance precautions the following preparations should be made before the maintenance of sandblasting machine to prevent accidents.

(1) Exhaust the compressed air of sandblasting machine.

(2) Close the air valve on the compressed air pipeline and hang the safety sign.

(3) Discharge the pressure air in the pipeline between the valve and the sandblasting machine
