Daily maintenance contents and requirements:
Time: 10 minutes before and after the shift every day, and 1 hour on weekends;
Responsible person: operator, inspection staff.
Before work starts:
First, check the shift notebook;
Second, oil should be added in strict accordance with the "lubrication chart" of the equipment to achieve timing, quantity and quality;
Third, if the equipment has been shut down for more than 8 hours, it should be turned low for 3-5 minutes to confirm whether the lubrication system is smooth and whether all parts are running normally.
During work:
A. Often check the operation of all parts of the equipment and lubrication system, if there is any abnormal situation, immediately inform the inspection staff to deal with it;
B. It is strictly forbidden to place tools, workpieces, metal objects and pedals on each guide rail surface and protective cover.
At the end of the work:
A. Wipe the iron chips and coolant on the guide rail surface, and there is no black oil on the lead screw and smooth screw;

Daily maintenance of 4 medium frequency induction furnace
1. Thoroughly remove the oxide residue in the sensor body. Carefully check whether there is any damage or crack in the lining of the heat insulation furnace, and deal with the problems in time if any;

3. Before work starts:

During work:

2. It is strictly forbidden to use the fan to blow against the working table during operation, so as to prevent dust and iron scraps from rolling into the guide rail, affecting the precision and feel of the guide rail;
3. The guide rail oil of cylindrical grinder should be replaced and added in time. Generally, if the oil of oil sight glass is turbid or blackened, it should be replaced once every 3-6 months, the first three months, and then 6 months;
4. Please use professional lubricating oil for guide rail of cylindrical grinder, generally 32 ᦇ rail oil is suitable;
5. Regularly check whether the steel cable of cylindrical grinder table is loose and locked to prevent fracture or affect the handle accuracy;
6. Clean the guide rail of the working table regularly to prevent the iron chips from wearing the guide rail surface, thus affecting the precision of the guide rail. The cleaning can be cleaned with a gasoline rag, and the debris embedded in the wear-resistant plate should be gently removed with a shovel blade. 1. L-hl32 / gb1118-89 hydraulic oil can be used for N46 / gb3141 when it is lower than 20 ℃ and N46 / gb3141 can be used when it is higher than 30 ℃. No. 32 and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil are recommended for working oil, and the oil temperature is in the range of 15-60 ℃;
2. The oil industry is allowed to add oil tank after strict filtration;
3. The working oil should be changed once a year, and the first time should not exceed three months;
4. The sliding block shall be filled with lubricating oil frequently, and the surface of the column surface shall be kept clean, and the oil shall be sprayed before each operation;
5. Under the nominal pressure of 500t, the maximum allowable eccentricity of concentrated load is 40mm. If the eccentricity is too large, the column will be strained or other undesirable phenomena will appear;
6. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge every half a year;
7. If the machine is out of service for a long time, the surface of each processing plant should be cleaned and coated with antirust oil;

Daily maintenance of 12 drilling and milling machine
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the clamping mechanism is clamped, whether the lifting movement of the spindle sleeve and the electrical equipment are normal, and whether the grounding wire is reliably grounded (yellow and green double color wire is the grounding wire);
2. In case of power failure during operation, the power switch shall be cut off immediately, so as to avoid adverse consequences caused by re operation or automatic opening of the machine tool;

1. Check whether the safety valve is normal;
2. Check the quality and position of the pressure gauge. When there is no pressure, the position of the pressure gauge is in the "0" state, that is, the position of the limit screw;
3. Slowly open the exhaust valve to a proper opening to drain the water in the tank;
4. First check the tightness of the pipeline to ensure that there is no abnormality before opening the intake valve;
5. Observe the air intake process, whether there is leakage in the pipeline and tank until the service pressure is reached;
6. Drain the air tank at least twice per shift;
7. Check whether there is corrosive gas and fluid around the air tank every day;
8. Check the indicated value of the pressure gauge every day. If the pressure is found to be abnormal (i.e. failure), it shall be replaced if it fails; the maximum working pressure shall be less than 0.8MPa; if it is higher than 0.8MPa, the safety valve shall be opened automatically; otherwise, the air intake shall be stopped immediately and maintenance shall be carried out;
9. Check the tightness of the air pressure pipeline. If there is air leakage, repair it in time.
Routine maintenance of ultrasonic cleaning machine
Daily maintenance: (after each operation)
1. Flush the hose and filter connected to the cleaner to remove any detergent residue to help prevent corrosion;
