1、 Power on test of Kunshan sandblasting machine:

A) Turn on the power switch on the electrical box of the sandblasting machine, the power indicator light will be on, and the lamp in the sandblasting cabin will be on, and the fan will be started.

B) Press the stop button to stop the dust removal fan.

2、 Ventilation test of spray gun:

Close and fasten the sandblasting cabin door, connect the compressed air, press the manual / automatic button, the manual or automatic indicator light will be on, and the spray gun should spray continuous and stable air flow.

3、 Add abrasive:

Take the selected abrasive 100kg and put it into the engine room. When adding abrasive, open the sand door of engine room, pour the abrasive on the mesh plate, and the abrasive will flow into the separator through the circulation system. The amount of abrasive should not be too much to meet the cycle. The abrasive must be dry and free of impurities.

Note: the abrasive must be dry and free of impurities, otherwise the abrasive circulation will be affected!

4、 Sand blasting test:

A) The above (sandblasting) can be carried out without troubleshooting in the condition of operation.

B) Put a metal workpiece of appropriate size with general rust or oxide layer on the small turntable in the sandblasting chamber, and then start the switch. The large rotary table rotates to drive the small rotary table into the sandblasting chamber. The sensor senses the signal, the pneumatic brake works, the large rotary table stops rotating, the small turntable rotates, and the spray gun mechanism swings to sandblast the workpiece.
