The foreign matters are blown out with the high-pressure gas of the air compressor. If there is no effect, the pipe will be removed and cleaned or replaced.
4. If the sand blasting abrasives are wet and combined, the sand can not be produced. Clean the spray gun nozzle, pour out the sand blasting abrasive, and then filter it with a screen after drying.
5. When the air compressor matched with the sandblasting machine compresses the air, a large amount of water will be generated. This moisture will not only cause the sand material to be wet, but also cause the sand material to adhere to the sand material due to the moisture on the sand blasting pipe wall, so as to slowly block the pipe. In order to avoid such things, it is better to equip a dryer.
6. There is no filter screen for sand blasting material, which causes large foreign matters or uneven sand particles to enter the sand valve. At this time, turn off the thrust device and open the sand control valve. After the pressure tank is flushed, open the sand blasting machine and use strong pressure air to remove foreign matters or agglomerated sand materials. If it still doesn't work at this time, only the sand regulator can be unloaded, the sand can be discharged, and then the sand control equipment can be retracted; Then filter the sand and add it again.
7. If too much sand is added at one time, the overload of sand will also cause blockage and sand suction cannot be pressurized. Therefore, when adding sand, it must be appropriate and slowly added.
