Generally, the main reason why the sandblasting machine can't absorb sand, produce sand or produce little sand is that the nozzle of the sand blasting tank is blocked (not completely blocked), and can not generate enough negative pressure to absorb the sand blasting abrasive. In addition, the sand suction pipe is damaged and air leakage can also lead to these conditions. 1、 The sand in the sandblasting barrel has been used up: after venting, add sand again.

2、 The nozzle is blocked by foreign matters: after the sandblasting mechanism machine exhausts gas, first turn the nozzle sleeve down to check whether the sandblasting nozzle is blocked by foreign matters. If so, remove the foreign matters. (Note: when the nozzle sleeve and the iron base are turned away, the nozzle must be turned upward, and then it can be turned by tapping a few more times, otherwise it is easy to cause the screw teeth to bite or be damaged).

3、 Sandblasting pipe blocked by foreign matters:

1. (model without sand regulator) the pipe is blocked by foreign matters and too many sand materials: after the gas is discharged after the shutdown, the nozzle sleeve is turned down first, and then the sandblasting cylinder is inflated, and then the thrust valve is fully opened, and the sand and foreign matters in the pipe can be blown out by using the air pressure; if it is invalid, the pipe needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced.

2. (model with sand regulator) the pipe is blocked by foreign matters and too many sand materials: after the gas is exhausted after the shutdown, turn down the nozzle sleeve first, close the sand regulator, and then inflate the sandblasting cylinder, and then fully open the thrust valve, and blow out the sand material and foreign matters in the pipe by using the air pressure; if it is invalid, the pipe should be removed and cleaned or replaced.

4、 The sand material is wet, and the sand material in the sand blasting cylinder is wet due to the excessive moisture in the air, and the sand material at the mouth of the sand regulator is blocked. First, the pressure valve is fully closed, and then the air inlet valve is fully opened, so that the wet sand in the barrel is squeezed out by air pressure. Push out the wet sand in the barrel, and open and close the thrust valve instantaneously to help clean the wet sand in the pipe. If this method is invalid, only remove the bottom end of the sand regulator, discharge the sand, and then lock the sand regulator back. Then, after the sand material is dried again, it is filtered through the filter screen, and then added into the sand cylinder again.

5、 High pressure air will send a large amount of water instantaneously: in addition to causing the sand material in the cylinder to be wet, the water will be sent to the sandblasting pipe through the thrust valve, causing the pipe wall to be wet and adhering to the sand material and causing blockage. Therefore, this phenomenon should be avoided as far as possible, and it is best to have a freeze dryer.

6、 When adding sand, a large amount of foreign matters enter into the sandblasting cylinder due to no filter screen and get stuck on the sand regulator: first, close the thrust valve and fully open the sand regulator, charge the pressure cylinder, start the sandblasting machine, and extrude the foreign matters with pressure; if not, only remove the sand regulator at the bottom of the sand cylinder, release the sand, and then lock the sand regulator back; then, screen the sand material through the filter screen, and then add the sand drum again 。

7、 If the thrust valve is opened too large and adjusted too small (or fully closed): it is very easy to cause no sand production, which should be paid attention to.

8、 Capacity of over sand cylinder during sand adding: excessive sand addition can easily cause the plug head to be blocked and unable to produce sand, so special attention should be paid to the amount of sand added.

9、 Sand blasting abrasives are not suitable, with too much dust or large particles: unsuitable abrasives are easy to accumulate dust or block the sand spout. Abrasive materials without dust and with uniform particle size distribution should be selected. If they have been purchased, they can be screened manually for several times, and the sand with higher quality can be replaced next time.
